*These prices include the exclusive rental of La Ventura for up to 11 Hours (including set-up and breakdown) and include the following amenities:
- 150 - Fruitwood Folding Chairs for Ceremony or Conference
- 160 - Fruitwood Chivari Chair with Ivory Cushions for Reception or Event
- 1 - 60" 1/2 Round for Sweetheart Table
- 20 - 60" Round Tables (8-10 guests each)
- 6 - 30" Stand-Up Cocktail Tables
- 2 - 48" Round Tables for Sit Down Tables
- 1 - 48" Round Table for Cake
- 5 - 6' Banquet Tables
- 5 - 8' Banquet Tables
- 2 Portable Wooden Bars
*Valet is required for all events. Valet pricing is not included in the Venue Rental Fee.
Additional Rentals
The Venue Fee does not include any linens, plates, silverware, or glassware as each client has different needs & decor ideas.
